(m) Turkey Trot at Lake Tabeaud | Thursday, November 27
Start your Thanksgiving Day with a good cause! Come to the annual Turkey Trot at Lake Tabeaud (6 miles east of Jackson off Hwy 88). The race is a 6.4 mile walk/run out and back or 2.7 mile walk/run around the lake. The cost to enter the race is one bag of non-perishable food per person and/or a cash donation to the Amador Interfaith Food Bank. There is no registration or T-shirt, but expect prizes to be given away for completely random, nonsensical reasons. Plan to park and ride, if possible, from the Jackson Busi parking lot, Sutter Creek's south end of town or Pine Grove at Irishtown/Clinton Rd.

Fair displays and entertainment will be based on the theme including opportunities to enter their own interpretations in the Fair competition. Fair will be held July 23-26.
